Amerginhub is now the Provider Institute of Australia.

Since the inception of Amerginhub in 2016, our mission has remained the same: to empower Providers with the right information, at the right time, with the right advice relevant to their business. This statement is what has driven our team to achieve many successes, and allowed us to adapt to the needs of the ever-changing and ever-expanding provider environment in the Community Sector. In fact, this is one of the key reasons we made the decision to rebrand.

Like many businesses when the pandemic hit in early 2020, we were forced to rethink our service delivery model. With lockdowns and working from home becoming the new norm, we created greater focus on our online services and noticed a remarkable trend. We were now able to provide even more value to our clients, by providing ongoing access to support and resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

With our focus on empowering and educating providers to deliver best practice services, and our team looking at new ways of thinking to create the most value for you, the Provider Institute of Australia was born 😊

What does this change mean for you?

• Access to our online platform will remain exactly the same: we will continue to provide compliance updates, expand our resource library and introduce even more features to help you to continue to deliver best practice services. It’s just a name change.
• Very little will change during the switch: the web address will automatically redirect, a new logo and style changes will be rolled out progressively, and resources will be updated with the new branding.
