What’s Happened?
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is inviting feedback on the 2024 International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) activities. IDPwD, observed annually on 3 December, aims to raise awareness, understanding, and acceptance of people with disability.
DSS has launched a short online survey to gather insights on:
- How IDPwD was recognised in 2024
- The usefulness of IDPwD resources
- Support needed for IDPwD activities in 2025
- Suggestions for improving IDPwD social media and website content
The survey is anonymous, includes 14 questions, and takes only 10–15 minutes to complete.
Why is this Important?
Participating in the survey helps shape future IDPwD initiatives and ensures that resources and activities meet community and organisational needs. Your feedback will influence how DSS supports organisations in promoting disability inclusion and awareness in 2025.
Complete the survey to share your insights and contribute to enhancing IDPwD activities: Take the Survey.
All submissions must be entered by Sunday 2 February 2025 (11:59pm AEDT).
