If you’re delivering High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), you are expected to have an overarching Clinical Governance Framework in place, supported by specific clinical procedures for each of the clinical areas you are delivering.

Please Note: Providing clinical care and support in the NDIS sector can be a challenging and complex undertaking. The responsibilities placed on providers include managing risks, maintaining compliance and using evidence-based best practice clinical procedures with competent staff. It is essential that you have designated a responsbile person to oversee clinical services, who holds a current nursing qualification (or equivalent), such as a Registered Nurse, with AHPRA registration.
