  • About Sharon Floyd

    Sharon Floyd is the Director of Engels Floyd Quality Consulting and a nationally recognised expert in NDIS registration, auditing, and quality management. With more than 30 years of experience in the disability and community services sectors, Sharon has supported hundreds of providers to achieve registration, strengthen compliance, and improve service quality. She was involved in developing Australia’s first certification system for disability services and was awarded an Australia Day Award for Excellence in Auditing.

  • About Christine Mudavanhu

    Christine Mudavanhu is the Founder and CEO of UC Compliance and a respected NDIS Auditor and compliance expert with more than five years’ dedicated NDIS experience. With over 20 years across the disability, community services, and public policy sectors, Christine has supported hundreds of providers to achieve registration, strengthen compliance, and improve service quality. She developed a national NDIS training program for compliance professionals and auditors, is a qualified Lead Auditor, and a Women in Technology (WiT) Award winner.
