    Jacqui, founder of End of Life Transitions, brings over 40 years of experience in palliative care, grief, and loss. After experiencing the loss of six important people in her life between 2016 and 2017, Jacqui was inspired to establish her business in 2018, focusing on providing End of Life Doula (EOLD) services.
