CHSP Grant Application Guidebook

A new Grant opportunity has been opened for providers to deliver services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Eligibility is limited to existing CHSP providers, approved Aged Care providers, registered NDIS providers or DVA Community nursing providers in specific regions and for certain services (Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance, Allied Health and Therapy, and Transport only).

This Guidebook has been prepared in collaboration with the Ideal Consultancy to provide guidance and areas to consider when preparing and writing your application. It is important you meet the eligibility criteria, understand your obligations as a CHSP provider, and can demonstrate how you will provide safe, considered and high standards of care for consumers within the allocated funding.
