Once your purchase has been made, you will receive an email questionnaire asking you to confirm what you’d like support with and your preferences for days/times. We will then connect you with the appropriate consultant for your needs and schedule your consultation.
Your consultation can be held via video conference (Zoom or Teams), or over the phone. In person can be arranged by exception – please let us know in your order confirmation if this is required.
